We are offering a replica-menu of our James Beard platform brunch we presented this past October in New York City.
This service will be counter-service. We are offering a limited number of reservations. Walk-ins gladly accepted.

Taho -- silken tofu, arnebal (brown sugar), sago (tapioca pearls)
Pan de Sal Crostini -- chicken pate, spicy honey, parmesan cheese
TOC-SILOG -- sweet-garlicky pork shoulder, garlic fried rice, sunnyside egg,
Pancit Canton -- shiitake mushroom noodles
Turon-- banana jackfruit lumpia, rum glaze
Lumpiang Shanghai -- pork and beef spring rolls, house sawsawan
Fried Chicken -- twice-fried patis (fish sauce) citrus fried chicken, garlic popcorn, spicy honey
Tofu Sisig -- marinated-and-baked tofu with citrus ‘cream’ sauce
